Effective Monday, March 14, 2022, South Park High School will no longer accept electronic early dismissal requests through the eForm currently posted on the high school website. Beginning on Monday, March 14, 2022, all early dismissal requests must be in writing, signed by a student’s parent/guardian and submitted to the high school office. The electronic attendance excuse form and tardy/late arrival form will remain available for high school families. Thank you for your attention to this change of procedure.
